HSA and FSA funds may be used for payment; however, coverage is not guaranteed. Eligibility depends on your provider’s policies, and it is the patient’s responsibility to verify coverage before using HSA/FSA funds.

We provide in-person and telehealth services to patients across Northern Iowa, including Mason City, Clear Lake, Algona, Charles City, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Forest City, Garner, Osage, Waverly, Decorah, New Hampton, and Hampton. We also serve patients in Southern Minnesota — including Albert Lea, Austin, Rochester, and Worthington — with at least one required in-person visit per year.

In the state of Iowa, Nurse Practitioners have full practice authority, allowing them to develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide comprehensive patient care independently. This ensures patients receive high-quality, individualized care with the expertise and flexibility to address their health concerns effectively.

For most metabolic and hormone labs, please fast 8–12 hours (water is okay). Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours prior, and take medications as directed unless we tell you otherwise.
